LATAR Complex is located in Yerevan, Republic of Armenia, far from the noisy center, in an ecologically clean area overlooking Mount Ararat and the highest mountain in Armenia, Aragats. The hotel was built in a style that preserves the traditions and spirit of historical Armenia. The territory area is 6 hectares, built both for business people and for those tourists who value comfort and want to spend a vacation away from the city bustle. All conditions are created here for both business meetings and relaxation. Booking cancellation

Guaranteed Early Check-In and Late check-out are available upon request.

Early Check-in time is 07:00 AM. We offer this option at an additional cost of 50% of the rack rate at the very reserved room type if the arrival time is after 07:00 AM. Before 07:00 AM the cost is fixed as full- day charge of the exact room type.

Late Check-out time is 18:00 PM. We offer this option at an additional cost of 50% of the rack rate at the very reserved room type if the departure time is before 18:00 PM. After 18:00 PM the cost is fixed as full- day charge of the exact room type.

Сancellation policy

If the cancellation of the booking is done at least 24 hours prior to the hotel check-in time full refund is Guaranteed. The refund is made within 10 working days. 1 Night Cancellation Penalty fee is charged whereby if you don’t cancel the reservation 24 hours prior to the hotel check-in time. If you have a booking at our hotel and you haven’t cancelled it, but you also haven’t stayed, a one-night penalty fee is charged as a no-show.
